Layman's terms: Sneaky Wedding Bliss

You will remember this beautiful couple...I did their engagement photos a few months ago...Haley and Jake.

Although I was not their "wedding photographer" (because I was in the wedding party) I got some pretty 'sneaky' unbelievable shots of these two!

It made me feel pretty dang good too because that night and leading up to the wedding Haley kept telling me, "you had better bring your camera and take the kind of pictures you take...." Since my life was so clearly threatened (not that I just had to take the camera, by impulse) I brought Mr. Camera and played around much to their delight!

To say the wedding was beautiful would be the understatement of the century. It was Majestic. Simple. Gorgeous. Immaculate. It was the most wonderful wedding I have ever witnessed. I was wishing that my only duties of the evening were to snap away. Alas, though, I feed my need with a few!

Layman's Terms: Round 2= KNOCKOUTS!

Eric and Aundrea....I had the pleasure of taking their newlywed pics.
I was so honored because they were so beautiful! It is always easy to take pretty pictures of pretty people!
And how much in LOVE were these two! They just couldn't keep their hands off each other. It was too cute. I could feel the love when they were near me! It was really cool. It made me think,"Gosh I should go home and kiss the old hubby or somethin'"!
Anyway, what great shots we got on this particular day!
I was excited when I learned Audrea wanted me to "reshoot" her wedding day. I have talked to many people who have told me about their awful experiences with the wedding photographer they chose and I think it is a fabulous idea for them to get them retaken......with me!!!
I told em' well now they know they should'a let me do it from the beginning! I'm just playin' since I was in CA and they were in TX.
I digress......anyway they got some good....GREAT pics now! Love you guys!
P.S. Another new thing I learned about myself on this shoot......I am allergic to hay. HA! Good to know!

Layman's Terms: Everything is Better in TEXAS

Another big ol' family session!!! I could get used to this!

I went deep in the heart of Texas to find this big beautiful family! The Strybosch family had a very nice backyard so we just spent a few hours at their house and shot away!

Andrew and Christy Strybosch have a beautiful family! Their children were just breath taking to take pictures of! It is always hard to meet someone for the first time and get comfortable right away, but with this bunch it was a snap! They were so warm and welcoming it never even felt like my job! I thouroughly enjoyed capturing your super great looking fam with my cam!

Courtney and Dave also have a smaller but just as precious family! Their little girl Addison, I could have kept her all afternoon! She really didn't want anything to do with the camera or pictures (very typical of children by the way). It did not matter to me she was such a cutie pie, I almost like it better when I have to work for it! It is always worth it!

One of little Addison's pictures is my favorite one of the bunch, which just goes to show ya, I can do it!
At the end of the photo shoot just when I was about to leave the house she came up to me with her precious little eyes and looked up at me ( holding a Dora the Explorer doll) and said, "Okay me and Dora are ready to take a picture now".
That made my whole day! You bet I took some pictures of Dora the Explorer, Addi said Dora was "ready to smile".
I LOVE MY JOB!!!!
P.S. Don't get confused, the other beautiful people in one of these pics are an extension of Courtney Strybosch-her more than precious siblings!
